Overview

B Fast is a comprehensive B-complex formula that provides a full spectrum of B vitamins along with supporting nutrients for daily wellness. Each ingredient is thoughtfully selected for optimal absorption and balanced bioavailability, helping to maintain overall energy production and healthy metabolism.

This formula includes activated forms of vitamins B2, B6, and B12, as well as Quatrefolic® (5-MTHF)—the biologically active form of folate. The inclusion of benfotiamine (a fat-soluble form of thiamin), vitamin C, and PABA makes B Fast a well-rounded formula designed to support daily nutritional needs. *

Supplement Facts

Each serving of B Fast consists of 90 capsules per bottle. Each serving provides 30 mg of Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), 20 mg of Thiamin (Vitamin B₁ as thiamin hydrochloride), 20 mg of Riboflavin (Vitamin B₂ as riboflavin-5′-phosphate), and 140 mg NE of Niacin (as niacinamide 130 mg + niacin 10 mg). It also provides 25 mg of Vitamin B₆ (as pyridoxal-5′-phosphate), 680 mcg DFE of Folate (as 400 mcg 6(S)-5-MTHF glucosamine salt†), 800 mcg of Vitamin B₁₂ (as methylcobalamin), 400 mcg of Biotin, and 150 mg of Pantothenic Acid (as calcium D-pantothenate). Additional supportive nutrients include 30 mg of Choline (as choline citrate), 20 mg of Benfotiamine (fat-soluble thiamin), and 15 mg of Para-Aminobenzoic Acid (PABA). Daily Values for some ingredients have not been established.

Suggested Use: Take one capsule one to two times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Does Not Contain: Milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, or soy.
