Bonefied is an advanced, plant-based bone health formula that combines certified organic whole-food calcium with essential nutrients to help maintain bone strength, density, and overall skeletal health.* This comprehensive blend provides calcium derived from natural plant sources, along with key cofactors like vitamin D3, vitamin K2, and magnesium—nutrients known to work synergistically to support calcium absorption and utilization.*

Ingredient Information

Each serving of Bonefied consists of three capsules, with 30 servings per container. Each serving provides 30 mg vitamin C (as potassium ascorbate, calcium ascorbate, and magnesium ascorbate), 25 mcg vitamin D₃ (as plant-derived cholecalciferol, 1,000 IU), 50 mcg vitamin K₂ (as menaquinone-7)††, 354 mcg DFE folate (as 208 mcg [6S]-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt)‡, 50 mcg vitamin B₁₂ (as methylcobalamin), 400 mg calcium (from Algas calcareas† and dicalcium phosphate), 100 mg phosphorus (as dicalcium phosphate), and 200 mg magnesium (from Algas calcareas†, dimagnesium malate, and magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate)‡‡.

A proprietary blend (12.5 mg) includes tienchi ginseng (Panax notoginseng root) extract and astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus root) extract. Each serving also contains 7.5 mg silica (from bamboo [Bambusa vulgaris stem and leaf] extract powder), 1.5 mg boron (as bororganic glycine)‡‡, and 1.25 mg black pepper (Piper nigrum fruit extract, 95% piperine)↨↨.
