Ingredient Information

Each serving of Dash The Flash consists of two vegetable capsules. Each serving provides 200 mg of chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus) extract, 150 mg of ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root, stem, and leaf extract standardized to 5 % withanolides, and 100 mg each of black cohosh (Actaea racemosa) root and rhizome extract (standardized to 2.5 % triterpene glycosides), grape (Vitis vinifera) seed extract (95 % polyphenols), and wild yam (Dioscorea villosa) root and rhizome extract (6 % diosgenin). The formula also contains 70 mg of maritime pine (Pinus pinaster) bark extract standardized to 95 % proanthocyanidins and 50 mg of Rhodiola rosea root extract standardized to 3 % rosavins and 1 % salidrosides. Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, L-leucine, and bamboo silica.

Does Not Contain: Milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, or soy.
