Each serving of Multi-Max consists of one packet, with 30 or 60 servings per container. Each packet provides 10 calories and 1 g of total fat. The vitamin and mineral blend includes 1,500 mcg RAE of Vitamin A (from 85% [4,250 IU] retinyl palmitate and 15% [750 IU] mixed carotenoids), 125 mg of Vitamin C (as potassium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate, calcium ascorbate, and zinc ascorbate), and 7.5 mcg (300 IU) of Vitamin D₃ (as cholecalciferol). It also provides 61 mg (91 IU) of Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate and d-alpha tocopherol), 10 mg of Thiamin (Vitamin B₁ as thiamin mononitrate), 10 mg of Riboflavin (Vitamin B₂ as riboflavin and riboflavin-5′-phosphate), 30 mg NE of Niacin (as niacinamide and niacin), 10 mg of Vitamin B₆ (as pyridoxal-5′-phosphate), 170 mcg DFE of Folate (as 100 mcg (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt), 300 mcg of Vitamin B₁₂ (as methylcobalamin), 500 mcg of Biotin, and 100 mg of Pantothenic Acid (as d-calcium pantothenate).
Each serving also provides 20 mg of Choline (as choline bitartrate), 250 mg of Calcium (from microcrystalline hydroxyapatite concentrate, di-calcium malate, calcium bisglycinate chelate buffered, and calcium ascorbate), 50 mg of Phosphorus (from microcrystalline hydroxyapatite concentrate, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate, and riboflavin-5′-phosphate sodium), 50 mcg of Iodine (as potassium iodide), 125 mg of Magnesium (as di-magnesium malate, magnesium bisglycinate chelate buffered, magnesium ascorbate, and magnesium citrate), 7.5 mg of Zinc (as zinc bisglycinate chelate and zinc ascorbate), 50 mcg of Selenium (as selenium chelate), 0.25 mg of Manganese (as manganese bisglycinate chelate), 250 mcg of Chromium (as chromium nicotinate glycinate chelate), 25 mcg of Molybdenum (as molybdenum glycinate chelate), and 49.5 mg of Potassium (as potassium citrate and potassium ascorbate).
The formula includes 1 g of Natural Marine Lipid Concentrate providing 360 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 240 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), 500 mg of Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite Concentrate (MCHC), 100 mg of Coenzyme Q₁₀ (ubiquinone), 25 mg each of Acetyl L-Carnitine Hydrochloride and N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC), 25 mg each of Pumpkin (Cucurbita sp.) seed extract and Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) berry extract, 20 mg of Inositol, 15 mg each of Glycine, L-Taurine, Mixed Tocopherols, and Tribulus (Tribulus sp.) aerial parts extract, 12.5 mg each of Panax Ginseng (root), L-Alanine, and L-Glutamic Acid, 10 mg each of L-Lysine Hydrochloride and Para-Aminobenzoic Acid (PABA), 8 mg each of Hesperidin (from Citrus aurantium) and Rutin (from Sophora japonica), 6 mg of Quercetin (from Dimorphandra mollis), 5 mg of R-Alpha Lipoic Acid, and 37.5 mcg of Lutein (from Tagetes erecta). Caution: Excess vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and those who may become pregnant should not exceed 1,500 mcg RAE (5,000 IU) of pre-formed vitamin A per day. Children under four should not regularly consume more than 750 mcg RAE (2,500 IU) per day. Keep out of reach of children.
