Multi Max Liquid is a pharmacist-formulated multivitamin and mineral complex featuring a blend of vitamins, minerals, and plant-based superfoods, including organic aloe vera. Each serving of Multi Max Liquid consists of two tablespoons (1 oz), with 32 servings per container. Each serving provides 30 calories, 5 g of total carbohydrates, and a full spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals. It supplies 900 mcg RAE of Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate), 250 mg of Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol), and 15 mg of Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol acetate). The B-vitamin complex includes 2 mg of Thiamin (Vitamin B₁ as thiamin hydrochloride), 4 mg of Riboflavin (Vitamin B₂ as riboflavin-5′-phosphate), 20 mg NE of Niacin (as niacinamide), 2.5 mg of Vitamin B₆ (as pyridoxine hydrochloride), 400 mcg DFE of Folate (from 240 mcg calcium folinate), 250 mcg of Vitamin B₁₂ (as methylcobalamin), 300 mcg of Biotin, and 10 mg of Pantothenic Acid (as calcium D-pantothenate).

Each serving also provides 60 mg of Calcium (as calcium lactate gluconate), 30 mg of Magnesium (as magnesium citrate), 7 mg of Zinc (as zinc bisglycinate chelate), 100 mcg of Selenium (as selenium glycinate chelate), 2 mg of Manganese (as manganese bisglycinate chelate), 200 mcg of Chromium (as chromium polynicotinate), 75 mcg of Molybdenum (as sodium molybdate), 23 mg of Sodium, and 2 mg of Boron (as boron glycinate chelate).

In addition to core nutrients, Multi Max Liquid features 5.2 g of a Super Phyto Food Complex (aloe vera juice, honeysuckle extract, green coffee extract, and other phytonutrients), 364 mg of a Youth & Energy Complex (elderberry juice concentrate, trans-resveratrol, blueberry juice, and açaí extract), 250 mg of a Cardiovascular Liver & Detox Blend (betaine anhydrous and grape extract), 100 mg of an Omega 3-6-9 Fatty Acid Blend (from flaxseed oil and fatty acids from sunflower and safflower oils), 72 mg of a Plant-Derived Fulvic Trace Mineral Complex (including red algae minerals and fulvic acid), and 50 mg of an Amino Acid Blend (glycine, L-proline, hydroxyproline, L-alanine, L-glutamic acid, L-arginine, L-aspartic acid, and other amino acids). Daily Values for some ingredients have not been established.

Suggested Use: Take 2 tablespoons (1 oz) once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use.

Does Not Contain: Milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, wheat, soy, artificial colors, sweeteners, or preservatives.

Other Ingredients: Purified water (reverse osmosis), erythritol, citric acid, natural flavor, potassium sorbate, citrus fiber, stevia extract, xanthan gum, nisin A, and quillaja extract.
