Supplement Facts: Each serving of Refuel Max consists of 4 capsules, with 30 servings per container. Each serving provides 1,500 mcg of Vitamin A (from 5,000 IU as natural beta carotene), 250 mg of Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid USP), and 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol). The B-vitamin complex includes 15 mg of Thiamin (Vitamin B1 from thiamine hydrochloride USP), 15 mg of Riboflavin (Vitamin B2 USP), 15 mg of Niacin (as niacinamide USP), 15 mg of Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride USP), 1,360 mcg DFE of Folate (from 800 mcg Quatrefolic® (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt), 250 mcg of Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), 50 mcg of Biotin, and 15 mg of Pantothenic Acid (as d-calcium pantothenate USP). Each serving also provides 15 mg of Choline (as choline bitartrate), 75 mg of Calcium (as calcium citrate USP), 37 mcg of Iodine (from potassium iodide), 75 mg of Magnesium (as dimagnesium malate), 5 mg of Zinc (as TRAACS™ zinc bisglycinate chelate), 75 mcg of Selenium (as selenium glycinate complex), 1 mg of Manganese (as TRAACS™ manganese bisglycinate chelate), 50 mcg of Chromium (as O-polynicotinate, ChromeMate® brand niacin-bound chromium), and 30 mg of Potassium (as potassium citrate USP).

The formula also contains 600 mg of N-acetyl-L-cysteine USP, 500 mg of Acetyl L-Carnitine Hydrochloride (MitoCarn™), 215 mg of Malic Acid (as dimagnesium malate), 200 mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid, 50 mg of Mixed Tocopherols, 45 mg of Green Tea Leaf Extract (45% EGCG), 40 mg of Broccoli Seed Extract (TrueBroc®, 13% glucoraphanin), 15 mg of Inositol NF, and 10 mg of trans-Resveratrol (from Polygonum cuspidatum roots).
