Each serving of Super Gut consists of one stick pack (approximately 4.5 g), providing 15 servings per container. Each stick pack contains 15 calories, 3 g of total carbohydrates (1% Daily Value†), 1 g of protein, and 5 mg of sodium (<1% Daily Value†). The probiotic blend includes Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14) at 625 mg providing 125 billion CFU‡, Bifidobacterium lactis (Bl-04) at 200 mg providing 100 billion CFU‡, Lactobacillus bulgaricus (Lb-87) at 100 mg providing 5 billion CFU‡, Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis (Bi-26) at 100 mg providing 5 billion CFU‡, and Bifidobacterium lactis (HN019) at 83.3 mg providing 25 billion CFU‡.
